I had forgotten that I had made these two cards and altered this frame for my friend back in May and June.
The blue card is a shaker cards with sequins in the box which can move around. The pink card has embossing at the bottom and neither cards use any real"designer products". The frame was a boring and blank cheap thing that I got from a $2 store for like $3-what the?! I painted the largest mat a deep purple and the inner mat in a metallic silver paint-both acrylic. I then wrapped a thick silver organza ribbon around the centre to pretty it up :)
