Christmas in July

I decided to begin making some of my Christmas cards this afternoon and started off with a fairly simple layout whilst adding a bit of glitter(gee, I LOVE glitter!). I have seen the faux scalloped edge on quite a few cards lately and decided to try it myself. It really is quite easy, and if you haven't seen this before..all you need to do is punch out a few circles and then attach them to the back of your cardstock. When you turn it over, you will have a scalloped edge. If the circles went over the sides of your CS, just trim them off and then attach it to your card base. The unique edge is very effective and perfectly finishes off most cards.

So here is my Christmas cards...I'm not sure of the photo quality, but if I get time tomorrow I'll retake them using some natural light :) Have a fab night(Aussies) and day(for everyone else)!

great way to be ahead of things! I just did a swap for Christmas in July so I'm getting prepped myself. These are cute!

These are the perfect Christmas cards! I love the simple layout. I was resisting it, but maybe I'll get some ideas worked out, too!
